With No Long Term Commitment- $495/flat fee

  • 2 hr session with our Digital Productivity Consultant
  • We review your business’ back end systems for bottlenecks
  • A deep dive into what your team needs to perform their jobs more efficiently and productively.
  • Recommendations will be discussed on how to leverage monday.com for your entire business operations
  • Pre-work includes: online questionnaire (16 questions in length) that each member of your team will be asked to complete.  It’s an opportunity to reflect on how effective technology has been for the overall productivity of your business. 
  • Summary report of the questionnaire results are provided and reviewed to guide the plan for a custom work operating system for your business/organization.

  • You don’t have to learn the ins and outs of monday.com on your own, we can guide your journey, saving you so much time. 
  • We can teach you how to automate as much as possible and introduce you to apps that help customize monday for your needs.
  • The online community is available to you 24/7 and we host Live Q&As routinely throughout each month.

DFY (Do It For You) SUPPORT

Expert Design & Implementation Support ($4,500-$14,500/quarter)

  • We work alongside your team to design a work operating system that is uniquely helpful to your business/organization.
  • No need to stress over making the design come to life because we do that for you during weekly reserved work blocks to keep your project moving.
  • We provide you a project tracker to watch it progress and offer input.
  • In addition to building useful boards, we set up the automation recipes for you.
  • We support your launch and help transition it back to a point person on your team to monitor moving forward.
  • Our DIY Support will always be available to you so you can continue to grow and adapt your system far into the future.
